Wall Street Nole’s Day-Trading Weekly Top 5 Watch-List

wall street 13

This list is made up of high probable stock setups from the previous week’s price movement. These tickers tend to match my criteria of volume, high range, and historical price movement with suitable risk vs reward setups. These stocks also have a lower market correlation and act inversely at times from the broader trend.

These 5 stocks will be towards the top of my day trading radar this week.

Top 5
1 $HBI – This is my trender of the week as it continues to turtle trade its way to more new highs. It picked up some nice volume on Wednesday and I’m thinking it could really start running with increased intra-day range. Watch for breakouts and dip buying coming into this week.
2

$VCLK – It’s a brand new stock that came across my radar this week. In mid February this stock gapped up huge and hasn’t stopped running since a decent size pullback on Friday. This stock could be settling but if it takes out Thursdays highs, watch out!

3

$RAX – We have traded this stock in the Splash Zone as it came off the lows well and now has broken lower before putting in another hammer candle. It will be a battle between the bulls and the bears as $50 may be the line in the sand.

4

$URI – It’s been a month now and URI can’t break out to new highs despite the bullish market sentiment. I believe this may be a key to a stock that wants to start trending lower. It must fist break through current consolidation and getting below $50 could be tough. More importantly this is the top short I want to be in if the S&P’s start turning and trending down.

5

$WLT –  After a series of leverage issues and multiple downgrades, WLT is really sliding off here following its CLF counterpart. This stock fell another 3% last week and could have more room to the downside. Range and volatility will be picking up on this stock so keep close tabs for a good trade opportunity.
