For the past two months it has been looking as if the stock market was going back up. But now, there are questions of whether the stock market bottom is in, will the stock market recover, and now with states starting to shut down again, we are asking ourselves will the stock market crash again. This could very well be like the dotcom bubble that burst in 1999, where after a significant sell-off in 1998, the stock market rallied to new highs only to create new lows during the Stock Market Crash 1999.
