$FVRR – Right now I have this stock on my bearish watch-list.

There is a massive head and shoulders pattern on here, and typically they are very bearish, and represent a top in the stock. However, over the last 4-5 years, I’ve seen a number of these plays result in some massive bounces right off of the neckline.

Typically how it works, is that it will break the neckline just a little bit intraday, to get the bears to start shorting, and then it rips higher and with an incredible ferociousness, squeezing all the bears along the way. On this chart you also have a rising trend-line that meets in the same area – so there is the potential for a bounce higher here as well, with the multiple layers of support converging at the same price point.
