Talk about an exercise in futility – coming up with these bearish lists of trade setups have been a waste of time for about 99% of the time so far in 2017.
Yeah, there are some good setups on there, and you’ll find in the list below there are some great setups.
I mean Look at some of the biotechs on the list – they are showing all sorts of bearishness that you can capitalize on. But for me, unless it is for hedging purposes, why would I short a stock when the market refuses to go down?
I want it to go down! I’d love for it to go down. But for now, it simply isn’t doing it.
So for now, here’s my short list of stocks to short (like that play on words?).
