I would love to know why a company called “VCA Antech” gives themselves a stock symbol of “WOOF”. There has to be a million other letter combinations that gives a better impression of being something more than a dog kennel for goodness sakes.
Thank goodness I don’t trade off of company perception because I’d sell this thing as quick as I can. BUT…because I trade off of technicals, I can ignore a weird symbol like WOOF and recognize that this stock wants to move higher and is showing as much today with its breakout of a 3-day range and a move to fill the gap. I’d like to see this stock hit the low $20’s and I’ll be out of it.
