I’ve seen a lot of these high-flying stocks, like NFLX, and others sell-off hard due to rumors about a CEO (i.e. Steve Jobs and Apple) or a resignation by another corporate executive (like what we have today with NFLX), only to see the stock quickly rebound within a few days or even the same day. That is why I got into NFLX which happened to pull back nicely to its current trendline and the 20-day moving average as well. My stop is a lot wider than I typically  put on a trade, but I will be aggressively tightening it at every opportunity.

Here’s My Trade Setup in NFLX.
