It is quite the doji-hammer off of the lows of the day here, but I’m not overly crazy about putting to much trust in it just yet.
Like is said last week, this is a market that requires fading the extremes. If you got short this morning, thinking there would be a market crash of some kind, you are taking a beating then.
Instead, avoid dog piling on this market because everyone else seems to be. They are going with the least educated and lazy approach to trading as possible. Then when there is a hard reversal, they go quiet.
Below are my list of stocks that I am watching in this market bounce. Tomorrow I plan to add 2-3 names from the list below if the market holds it together overnight.
