Slight bias in the futures heading into the open. Dow is up 19, Nasdaq is up 1.25, and the S&P is up 1.0. Markets in Asia were up over 1.5% while European markets are currently trading in the positive. The big reports for today is going to be Housing Starts, Jobless Claims, and the Philadelphia Fed Survey, with the jobless claims receiving the most attention and with it the ability to affect the markets the “mostest”.
