Futures are once again flat, overseas in Asia, there was another round of selling, with the Nikkei being the worst of them (down 1.4%). Here in the states, futures are currently flat, with the Dow up 19 points, NASDAQ up 0.5, and the S&P up 2.5. Went through my scans and there wasn’t much to work with in terms of potential short setups, but there were some long setups that looked intriguing to me.

Here are some potential trade setups…

Long Setups: ACTS, ELS, FSC, LMT, SSW (cup and handle formation), STAR

Short Setups: None

SSW has a descent cup and handle formation on it, while LMT looks the most interesting with a solid base near the $72 level. Fridays tend to be a bit unpredictable so who knows what today will bring.
