Over the past two days the markets seem dead-set on hitting new all-time highs. But it is by no means a foregone conclusion. 

As a result, you have to have a watch-list handy for anything that might happen, and be ready if this market decides to take a sudden downturn. 

Below is my current watch-list that I am working off of (or I should say “if I have to”). The banks still look bearish to me, except for a few outliers.  Even more so are the regional banks that look extremely vulnerable.
