I’m not overly happy with how much in gains this market has given up today. I was wanting to see some follow through on yesterday’s gains and take out 1648 and send the shorts covering their positions. Instead. We have a 10+ point pullback that continues to struggle with breaking through the 20-day moving average.
Below is my current watch-list for stocks to short, should it become necessary. Of which, I consider Louisiana-Pacific (LPX) to short on a bounce back to $17, LPL Investment Holdings (LPLA) as it struggles with resistance at 21.87, and finally , Ritchie Bros Auctioneers (RBA) to be my favorites among them.
