Here are some of the more intriguing setups that I am watching today. First, Apple (AAPL) is forming a nice bull flag, and setting up for what looks to be a breakout above the post-earnings highs. Vimpel Communications (VIP) is breaking out of its descending trendline in a very strong manner. Another stock worth watching is Bebe Stores (BEBE) which is consolidating at the recent highs, and looks poised for a very powerful move higher. United Parcel Services (UPS) has a nice double bottom, that it is breaking out above at $75.15, and finally, El Paso (EP), is breaking out to new highs on good volume and strength in the oil sector.
