Two swing-trades (LONG & SHORT) worth considering for inclusion in your portfolio

lazy lionMy bias in this current market is on the up-and-up. Yeah, we’re overbought, and we may seem some profit taking, but at this point I believe that those sell-offs should be viewed as opportunities to add more longs to the portfolio. 

For today’s long setup, I’m revisiitng Koninklikjke Philips (PHG) as it is consolidating nicely at its recent highs and should it break above $26.14, it would likely lead to a respectable move higher. 

You can wait till then to get in on this stock, or buy it at its current price of $25.80 as there is a fair amount of support at the 8-day EMA. 

The short setup Broadsoft Inc. (BSFT) looks appealing as well, but not one I’m looking to take, simply due to current market conditions, otherwise, I’d be all over this trade. But if you’re outlook is pessimistic near-term, this is a great short play worth adding to your portfolio.
