Trading notes: A massive gap higher to all-time highs, following yesterday's FOMC rate cut decision. Ironically this comes after the market couldn't figure out what to do with the rate cuts yesterday. But after European and Asian markets rallied in a big way overnight, the Nasdaq and S&P 500 are looking to follow in their footsteps.
