Another Gaparooo this morning! Bulls are trying to stay alive as shorts may have to retreat once again.

| 1 | $AFFY – The danger of holding these stocks typically does not match the reward. Great example today as investors who were long are now down over 80% after AffyMax Inc had to recall an anemia drug. Always dangerous holing these biopharmacueticals and now it will be a traders paradise as the bottom will be bouncing all day long with massive volume. Too risky for me but I know some of you will be playing it. |
| 2 | $BKS – The founder, Leonard Riggio has made a bid on the BKS retail operations causing shares to spike in PM. BKS has always been volatile since the massive sell off last year. Look for shares to be volatile and spiking in early trading. I may look for early pullback long exposure if I can get a safe entry. |
| 3 | $DDD- Quite a bit of info to take in this morning with DDD. A 3:2 split on top of negative earnings creates a nice opportunity to trade with plenty of volume and alternative opinions on current valuations. A huge gap down to open up on this stock. It could easily go lower and as of now shares are still available. Trade smart on this one though as it can really move quick. Be ready for quick pops too! |
