Here’s the updated list of short setups I am following. 

It’s a pretty good list and most of them have fared pretty well of late. 

The problem is, the market isn’t going to help you at all. When it comes to shorting the market; I want the wind at my back, and not fighting the market’s direction along the way. So even with the setups doing good for themselves right now, it isn’t enough of a reason to start shorting any of these stocks, because the market isn’t lending a helping hand. 

When the market is going up, the path to easy profits is to trade stocks to the long side, and vice versa when the market is going down. 

Simple as that. 

Here’s my short candidates:
