Already a trade for me this morning right out of the hatch, as New Gold (NGD) broke out of its ascending triangle a few minutes after the market opened. I’m never a fan of buying stocks right at the open, but when you do it, you have to be willing to expect a little extra volatility in your stock until things settle down some. 

I’ve placed my stop-loss just a shade below the area of consolidation it had been previously trading in at $9.32.
