It is going to be a quiet morning as there is no major reports due out today. Futures in Asia were down slightly while Europe is essentially trading flat. Futures have a slight positive bias with the Dow, Nasdaq, and S&P up 10, 2, and 1 point respectively.
Today is what they call quadruple witching, which can create a lot of unpredictable whipsaw movements in the market. This term essentially means that contracts for stock index futures, stock index options, stock options and single stock futures all expire at the close. So there will be a lot of fighting to get these contracts to close profitable.
Here’s today’s Trade Setups…
Long Setups: FRED, RTN, SNTS
Short Setups: ATSI, CIM, ENR, EXM, NS
