Alcoa reports, and the market responds with a big jump in US Futures – Dow currently up 79 points, NASDAQ up 13, and the S&P up 10 points. We have the weekly jobless claims report this morning, and if you remember last week, this was a huge bummer for the market as there was an uptick in the number of people filing for benefits. Asian markets were moderately higher, while European markets are looking at about 1% in gains right now.
