Stop-Losses on our stock trades are there to protect us, but what happens when a news event or some thing bad happens where price opens below the place where your stop-loss is.
That happened to me recently with my trade in Roku $ROKU where the stock was downgraded and sold off in the pre-market, well below my desired stop-loss point. I go over the trade in detail to describe how I traded the stock and what to expect when (yes, “when”) it happens to you.
