Conditions are looking bad beneath the surface.
This market is rallying right now, mainly because of five stocks. Six if you want to throw Netflix (NFLX) in there too. These stocks have a huge sway on the overall market: Amazon (AMZN), Facebook (FB), Alphabet (GOOGL), Apple (AAPL) and Microsoft (MSFT).
Even with the market selling off today, these stocks are hardly seeing the affects of it. In fact, Apple (AAPL) is slightly up still on the day – and higher for eight straight days.
Until those break the market will not break. You also need to see some volume pour in on the selling, because we have yet to see SPY with above average volume since 3/25, and the market won’t sell-off without some bigger volume readings.
Below I’ve put my list of short setups together – check it out – some real gems there that have yet to take that next leg lower – take a look at them and see what suits your needs.
