nice post RM u r so very right i think in todays markets its not buy and hold anymore unless ur holding maybe for years down the road. but as a every day trader u want to see ur money grow and i think the only way to play in these markets of today is to day trade it. i know for me i would have done alot better if i would have not held stocks overnight these whole year.

Hey 721trader. I know for me and most of those that I trade with on this site, we have stock screens that we use, such as high-volume leaders, or red to green plays, etc. Others have a preset list of stocks that they like to watch on a regular basis, and others. I'll post some links to resources for you.

Thanks for the watchlist Trader2. Look forward to tracking these. 1230 is very interesting on the S&P - if we break it, I wonder if it will trigger a reversal, similar to when we broke through 1101, and instead of falling further we went on a historic 14% rally.

I may be tempted to jump in the CPLP trade. Your analysis was awesome. I saw that Matt is short CPLP as well.
