29 Days Out from an Election and We're Talking About Big Bird!?!

I guess the American people are just all a bunch of idiots and can be influenced by such condescending political nonsense. I don't mean to get all political here, but I can't help but think about how we are 29 days out from a presidential election, and you have soldiers dying in Afghanistan, a US Diplomat and three other Americans killed inside of a U.S. Embassy, $16,000,000,000,000 in debt, an economy with 14.7% unemployment (U6 employment), Europe going bankrupt, a hostile Iran wanting to blow our closest friend (Israel) off the face of the earth with nuclear weapons, and here we are talking about freakin' BIG BIRD? 

Mr. President, Get a grip on the world around you, this ficticious yellow bird that doesn't even exist has become the center of your political world.
