The clouds had not yet lifted, The tomb was sealed and dark,The cruel cross had crucified the Hope of every heart. The Son of God, the Lord of Light, by death had been destroyed. And in the silence of the tomb, He heard His Father’s voice. “Arise, arise, First Star of the Morning SkyCome forth My Anointed One into eternal life.Arise, arise, cast away death’s dark disguise. My glorious Son, Victorious One,In majesty… Arise!”The earth began to tremble, the ground began to quake,The mighty stone that sealed the tomb of death began to shake. Then suddenly the darkness was shadowed by His lightAs Jesus Christ the Son of God burst through the doors of life! “Arise, arise, First Star of the Morning SkyCome forth My Anointed One into eternal life.Arise arise, Cast away death’s dark disguiseMy glorious Son, Victorious One,In majesty… Arise! MGT Capital Investments, originally a medical technology firm providing image analysis software, has expanded into the acquisition of monetizing intellectual property rights, namely a casino gaming system, in which they have filed lawsuit against WMS Industries (WMS), Caesars Entertainment (CZR), MGM Resorts International (MGM), Penn National Gaming (PENN) and Aruze Gaming America, on the basis that their patent rights are being infringed by the aforementioned companies. On the surface, the idea of them winning this case excites investors believing that it could turn this micro-cap company into an annual revenue stream between $33m and $450m overnight. To base an investment decision on this, and this alone, carries extreme risk, and a very low possibility of a favorable outcome. Here's what you need to know: The most troubling prospect of this company is the fact that their cash balance continues to erode away. In the beginning of 2010 they had a cash balance of $22.1m. As of their… Full Story...
Yippee Ki-Yay, Mother Russia: A Good Day to Die Hard is definitely action packed In the fifth installment of the Die Hard series, A Good Day to Die Hard drifts the furthest from the original premise of the first two movies and is more of a typical action flick than a Die Hard sequel. Bruce Willis has lived quite the life when you figure. He goes from battling terrorists in a skyscraper to terrorists in an airport. In the third movie, the fight was taken to New York City. But then the forth one goes to Washington D.C. in which I thought was the second best of all the movies (a distant second of course from the original movie) by plotting out a possible "fire-sale" in our nation's capital. But the fifth one takes the battle to the motherland of Russia. That's right... Russia. The plot itself is develops awkwardly in the beginning as the believability factor is just like Live Free or Die Hard, where credibility is a huge factor. McClain takes more kill shots than Rocky Balboa did from… Full Story...
We live in a time where man seeks to separate one's self from dependency on anything but himself. I'm left speechless at the heart of a man so deprived that killing 28 people, much less 20 children could be conceived in his mind as a solution to what ever his problem was. Tragedy on the scale that we witnessed on Friday in Connecticut, cannot be resolved and understood on its own. We are left questioning our security, our trust in others, and life in general. As parents we imagine ourselves in the shoes of those who hoped their child was one of the majority who survived the shooting, but only to find out otherwise. For me, I cannot imagine the anger and devastation these parents have to be feeling now and forever more. To say that 'thoughts and prayers' are with them doesn't even sound appropriate, as there are no words that can be said as remedy to assuage them of the grief that they unwillingly have to experience. But for the rest of us, perhaps the massacre at at Sandy Hook… Full Story...
The United States is screwed and needs to go off the Fiscal Cliff And there's nothing that anybody is doing to keep that from being so. All the meaningless discussions between Republicans and Democrats to some how keep us from avoiding sequestration will do nothing for the economic longevity of this country in a positive way - no matter what they eventually agree upon. That is why the United States of America needs to go off the Fiscal Cliff. The United States is facing an economic epidemic and no one really seems to care. In fact a large percentage of this country is doing everything it can to make it worse. Instead of looking at themselves, they choose to engage in what the Obama administration has made an art form of and that is blaming it all on the rich (aka "class warfare"). It's easy to blame the rich even despite the millions they pay in taxes, jobs they provide, and technology they invent; it's simply too convenient not to blame this small group of prosperous citizens. But… Full Story...
